This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to request assistance if you experience a product-related issue.

1. Warranty Coverage

All Vayerio products are backed by a 30-day quality assurance warranty, beginning on the date your order is delivered.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects or production flaws
  • Loose stitching, faulty seams, or construction issues
  • Defective straps, trims, buttons, or decorative details
  • Fabric defects present upon delivery
  • Incorrect size, color, or product received
  • Items damaged during shipping or transit

If your claim qualifies under this warranty, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or a refund depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.

2. What Is Not Covered

The following situations are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, or garment care
  • Accidental damage including tears, snags, stains, burns, or cuts
  • Damage resulting from alterations or misuse
  • Natural fading caused by repeated washing or prolonged sun exposure
  • Items returned with strong odors such as perfume, smoke, detergent, or chemicals
  • Final sale or clearance items where stated on the product page

These situations are considered normal product use and are not covered under our quality warranty.

3. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the defect
  • Your full name and contact information

4. Approved Warranty Solutions

If your warranty claim is approved, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • A free replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability)
  • A full or partial refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit for use on a future Vayerio purchase

For approved warranty claims, Vayerio will cover any applicable replacement shipping costs.

5. Warranty Claim Period

Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Claims received after this period may no longer qualify for warranty coverage.
