We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Please note that delivery estimates may vary during busy seasons or due to customs processing.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We provide Free Shipping on all orders over €30. Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated automatically during checkout before payment.

3. How can I track my package?

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link so you can monitor your package from dispatch to delivery.

We currently do not provide direct exchanges. If you require a different size or style, simply return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

10. Are your women's tops covered by a warranty?

Yes. Every Vayerio product includes a 30-day quality warranty covering manufacturing defects and quality issues present upon delivery. If you experience a problem, our support team will be happy to assist.
